Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
1. Using DialHand
These terms govern your use of the DialHand website and service. By using DialHand, you agree to these terms. If you use DialHand for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
DialHand helps service businesses manage customer commitments, appointments, follow-ups, and transactional communications. The business providing a customer service remains responsible for its promises, scheduling, work, and customer relationships.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and allow access only to authorized users. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter. Notify us at admin@dialhand.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use and customer information
Use DialHand only for lawful business purposes. Do not send spam, unsolicited marketing, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or abusive communications; impersonate others; access information without permission; or interfere with the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload customer information, record calls where applicable, and send communications.
Businesses using DialHand must obtain and document any required messaging consent, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and consumer protection requirements. Do not use purchased or rented contact lists or transfer consent from another messaging program.
4. Transactional SMS messaging terms
The DialHand messaging program supports transactional customer communications, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, service request updates, and follow-ups about customer commitments. Messages may be sent on behalf of the service business with which you are interacting.
You opt in by affirmatively agreeing to receive the described messages through the business's disclosed consent process. Providing a phone number or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging. Consent to SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service requests, and interactions with the business. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time using the number that sent the message. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, and further SMS messages from that program will stop unless you opt in again. To receive messages again, complete the business's consent process again.
Reply HELP for help, or email admin@dialhand.com. For questions about an appointment or service request, you can also contact the business providing that service. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. DialHand is not an emergency service.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details about information handling and providers involved in delivering messages.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Any subscription, usage, messaging, or other service charges will be disclosed in the pricing or order terms presented to you before purchase. You agree to the charges and payment schedule you accept. Renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by those disclosed terms and applicable law. Your mobile carrier may separately charge message and data rates.
6. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep DialHand available, but maintenance, network issues, and third-party providers may affect service. Integrations may be subject to their providers' terms. You remain responsible for reviewing records, confirming important communications, and meeting your commitments. Automated summaries or suggestions may contain errors and require review.
7. Ownership and privacy
You retain your rights in information you submit and grant DialHand permission to process it as needed to provide and protect the service. DialHand retains its rights in the software, branding, and service materials. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, DialHand is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. DialHand does not guarantee that a message will be delivered, an appointment will occur, or a customer commitment will be fulfilled.
To the extent permitted by law, DialHand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using DialHand at any time and contact us about closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or risks to the service or others. Account closure does not remove payment obligations already incurred. Information retention after closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will appear here with an updated effective date, with additional notice where required. For questions about these terms, your account, or messaging support, email admin@dialhand.com.
